  HERE ARE SOME QUESTIONS WE GET AT ANIMALS FRIENDS

Q: DO YOU ONLY SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES?

A: For now, only United States. But we can make arrangements to send your purchases  to another location. If your purchase is sent out of the United States, you will be responsible for all Customs, Duty and Taxes put forth by the receiving country. 

Q: WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?                                                                     

A: We have an easy 30 day return policy for refunds and exchanges. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please email us at: 4animalsfriends@gmail.com to get a return merchandise authorization. We have a US address for returns: Animals Friends P.O. Box 10158, Marina Del Rey, CA 90295. Please do not return items to sender. We do not provide paid postages. Returns without the return merchandise authorization  (RMA) form won't be processed. The item(s) must be received in new condition. Please refer to our return policy.                                                                 

Q: ARE MY ACCOUNT DETAILS SAFE WHEN PURCHASING AN ITEM?

A: At Animals Friends we are very strict and concerned about your privacy and your personal details. No details will be shared with another party. 

Q: CAN I MAKE CHANGES OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

A: Changes and cancellations are only valid within 24 hours from when the order was placed. Please email us at: 4animalsfriends@gmail.com with the subject "ORDER CHANGE" or "ORDER CANCELLATION" to ensure we receive your email.

Q: WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

A: All items are subject to a handling period before they are shipped. It usually takes between 3-5 business days. We will notify you by email when your item(s) have shipped. If you have not received an email from us 10 days after purchase, please check your spam folder before emailing us.                                                                                                   

Q: WHEN WILL MY PURCHASE ARRIVE?

A: Most items should be received within 2-4 weeks after purchase. It may take 2-6 weeks for products arriving internationally

Q: WHERE ARE MY PURCHASES COMING FROM?

A: Although our fulfillment center is located in the United States, most of our products are located in the following countries: Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.

Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PURCHASE HAS SHIPPED?

A: When your purchase has been dispatched, we will send a confirmation email to your registered email address. The tracking number is normally available within the next few days. If you made a purchase of more than one product, it is possible they may arrive at different days or times. 

 All Animals Friends products are accessory items only. Animals Friends assume no liability. The use of the product and safety of pet and handler is completely at the purchaser and or user's discretion and responsibility.
